Jesus was the first to let us know that each of us will have some sort of adversity, pain, and suffering in life. The world would have us ignore it, run from it. Act as though it doesn’t exist. Jesus wants us to face it. To deal with it. Jesus said,” He who does not take up his cross and follow me is not worthy of me” (Matt 10:38). When life’s problems seem to be getting the best of you, turn to Jesus.
