My Father Speaks

Open your heart “He said to me and taste the wind and taste the sea’,
I’ve tossed the waves and stirred the air in freedom, with my perfect care.
I’ve scattered shells upon the sand, and driftwood too, from forest land,
And heaped the mountains loosely by to catch the glow of evening sky.

I’ve made them all with you in mind and firmly left my prints behind, that
through the work your heart will see, I love you child, stay close to me.
